Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to lead planning, coordination, and execution of merger integrations and large transformation programs across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams, develop project frameworks, manage risks, track milestones, and ensure initiatives stay on schedule and within budget while delivering strategic value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and dependencies.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects aligning processes, systems and teams.
• Manage internal and external resources to ensure proper allocation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress and budgets.
• Manage changes and maintain stakeholder alignment and project integrity.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues and address execution challenges.
• Develop communication plans and provide leadership updates on status and outcomes.
• Utilize PM tools and metrics to evaluate progress and initiative success.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
