Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager for M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute complex integration projects across the organization. You will serve as a bridge between leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes.

Key duties include defining roadmaps, managing risks, and maintaining governance while leading cross-functional teams through large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred
• PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Define integration objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, dependencies, and priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems, and teams with strategic goals.
• Maintain project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks and issues.
