Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects across the organization.

This role serves as a key liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes. The ideal candidate will define integration roadmaps, manage risks, monitor milestones, and drive organizational alignment to ensure initiatives stay on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, roadmaps, milestones, and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems, and org.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Develop stakeholder communication plans and executive reports.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
