Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy and roadmaps with objectives and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee large transformation projects ensuring budget and timeline alignment.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for project execution.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor milestones and outcomes.
• Create executive-level reports and maintain project documentation.
