Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integration projects and large-scale transformations. You will liaise with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with strategic goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business, 8-10+ years in P&C insurance, and experience leading M&A initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across multiple teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and align priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring alignment of processes, systems and teams.
• Manage resources including internal staff and external vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure milestones.
• Manage changes, risks, and issue resolution for project integrity.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
