Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integration projects and major transformation initiatives. You will serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to keep programs on time, budget, and aligned with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate brings 8-10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, with M&A integration experience and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring alignment with budgets and objectives.
• Manage internal resources, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to allocate support.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular updates to leadership on status and risks.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and ensure projects deliver value on time.
