• Proven track record leading M&A or strategic investments end-to-end.
• Able to translate market data into clear strategic insights for senior stakeholders.
• BA/BS degree with interest in crypto, blockchain and digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments end-to-end with senior team members.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations that shape company and product direction.
• Develop competitive intelligence on key players and translate insights into actionable implications.
• Partner with senior team members to cultivate cross-functional relationships with executives and drive high-priority initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with startups, investors and industry participants to surface new opportunities.
• Strengthen Corporate Development operations by improving processes and contributing to recruiting and mentoring team members.
