Coinbase is seeking a Manager on the Corporate Development team to lead the execution of M&A transactions, strategic investments, and market landscaping efforts. You will work with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities that advance Coinbase's mission and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments end-to-end, including sourcing, modeling, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations shaping company and product direction.
• Develop competitive intelligence on key players and translate insights into actionable implications for Coinbase.
• Partner with senior leadership to cultivate cross-functional relationships and drive high-priority strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with startups, investors, and industry participants to surface opportunities.
• Strengthen Corporate Development operations and contribute to recruiting and developing new team members.
