Qualifications

• 6–8 years in investment banking, top-tier consulting, corporate development or related fields.
• Proven track record of leading M&A or strategic investments end-to-end.
• Ability to synthesize market data into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• BA/BS degree with deep interest in crypto, blockchain and digital assets.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve outputs and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments from sourcing to integration planning.
• Conduct market research and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Develop competitive intelligence and translate insights into actionable business implications.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive cross-functional initiatives and executive alignment.
• Build relationships with startups, investors, and industry participants to surface new opportunities.
• Improve Corporate Development operations and contribute to recruiting and team development.
