Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading M&A or strategic investment transactions end-to-end, including financial modeling and due diligence.
• Ability to synthesize market data into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• BA/BS degree with deep interest in crypto, blockchain technology, and digital assets.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments, including sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence coordination, and integration planning.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations for company direction.
• Develop competitive intelligence on key players and translate insights into actionable implications.
• Partner with senior team members to cultivate cross-functional relationships with executives and drive initiatives.
• Build relationships with startups, investors, and industry participants to surface opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
• Strengthen Corporate Development operations by improving processes and contributing to recruiting.
