• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex market data into clear strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• BA/BS degree with deep intellectual curiosity for crypto, blockchain technology, and digital assets.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments, including sourcing, due diligence coordination, and integration planning with senior team members.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations shaping company and product direction.
• Develop competitive intelligence on key players and translate insights into actionable implications.
• Partner with senior team members to cultivate cross-functional relationships with executives and drive high-priority initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with startups, investors, and industry participants to surface opportunities.
• Strengthen Corporate Development operations by enhancing processes and contributing to recruiting and developing team members.
