Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading M&A or strategic investments end-to-end with financial modeling and due diligence.
• Ability to synthesize market data into clear strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• BA/BS degree with deep interest in crypto, blockchain, and digital assets.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments from sourcing to integration.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations guiding product/direction.
• Develop competitive intelligence and translate insights into actionable implications for Coinbase.
• Partner with senior teams to build cross-functional relationships with executives and drive high-priority initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with startups, investors, and industry participants to surface opportunities.
• Strengthen Corporate Development operations by improving processes and contributing to recruiting and mentoring team members.
