Qualifications

• Proven track record leading M&A or strategic investments end-to-end with financial modeling and due diligence.
• Ability to synthesize market data into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• BA/BS degree with deep interest in crypto, blockchain tech, and digital assets.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow, cost, and quality.
