Yahoo is seeking a Senior Manager in Corporate Development to function as a generalist across the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing and strategy to integration and separation. The role reports to the Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Development and leverages AI tools to move faster and sharpen analysis.

You will own end-to-end workstreams, produce decision-ready materials, and serve as the reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders and outside advisors.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or growth equity.
• Proven ownership of financial models and valuation across multiple transactions.
• Board-ready written communication produced independently across several concurrent workstreams.
• Fluency with modern AI tools used to synthesize diligence and build trackers.

• Sourcing and strategy: maintain pipeline, build target landscapes and theses for acquisitions or partnerships.
• Valuation and analysis: build operating models, perform DCF, comps, and accretion/dilution analyses.
• Diligence and execution: manage cross-functional due diligence and draft transaction materials.
• Integration and separation: plan integration for acquisitions and separation for divestitures.
• Executive materials and AI: prepare memos and board-ready decks; use AI to accelerate work.
