Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a Senior Manager in Corporate Development to act as a generalist across the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing and strategy to integration and separation. You will work directly with senior leadership, own end-to-end workstreams, and produce decision-ready materials.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate development, investment banking, PE, or growth equity, with strong financial modeling and a proven track record across transactions. Proficiency with AI tools is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or growth equity.
• Proven ownership of financial models and valuation across multiple transactions.
• Board-ready written communication produced independently across several workstreams.
• Fluency with modern AI tools to synthesize diligence, drafts, and analyses.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and strategy: maintain the pipeline, build target landscapes and theses on acquisitions, partnerships, or divestitures.
• Valuation and analysis: build/own operating models, perform valuation and returns analysis, test projections.
• Diligence and execution: coordinate cross-functional due diligence and manage data rooms.
• Integration and separation: participate in integration planning and divestiture carve-outs, track milestones.
• Executive materials and process: prepare investment memos and board-ready decks; leverage AI to accelerate research and drafting.
