Job summary

InvestedintheMission seeks a Finance Integration Director to lead and deliver all finance-related workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle. This senior contributor will partner with Corporate Development, the CFO organization, and acquired-company finance teams to drive seamless, value-preserving integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with M&A diligence or post-close integration
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and consolidation mechanics
• Hands-on analytical and process execution experience
• Ability to lead without direct authority in a matrixed organization
• Experience coordinating multiple transactions across lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence for acquisition targets, assessing policies and controls
• Own end-to-end post-close integration plan for finance functions
• Drive cross-functional teams to meet milestones and resolve escalations
• Coordinate ERP migrations and chart-of-accounts alignment
• Ensure consolidated financials and SEC reporting readiness
