Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic inorganic initiatives and new business opportunities. You will engage with management teams and work across global teams, including potential remote work with travel to Lake Zurich, IL headquarters.

The role requires a strong background in finance, strategy, and healthcare, with a track record of delivering complex projects and navigating matrix organizations. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in BD, M&A, strategy or analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze markets, segments and targets for inorganic growth across Fresenius areas.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams through due diligence, business case and approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents to secure management alignment for inorganic targets.
• Model scenarios and valuations (DCF, NPV, precedents) for target assets.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces (brokers, banks).
