Qualifications

• This role requires 10+ years in corporate development or investment roles.
• Fintech, financial services, or consumer tech experience is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills are essential.

• Excellent communication with executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze strategic landscape and build the business case for key M&A opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end transactions, including sourcing, valuation, diligence, and closing.
• Lead deal evaluation meetings with objectivity and diplomacy.
• Build relationships with founders, VC firms, and banks for a steady pipeline.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, and Engineering to shape deals.
• Present opportunities to leadership and the Board; report post-close results.
• Help develop scalable processes and playbooks for the corporate development team.
