Robinhood Markets, Inc. is seeking a Director of Corporate Development to accelerate our roadmap through acquisitions, strategic investments, and transactions.

You will build a deep understanding of Robinhood's priorities, identify opportunities across product verticals and geographies, and partner with senior leaders to shape a proactive deal pipeline. The role collaborates with deal sponsors and cross-functional teams on all aspects of deals, from business case construction to post-close

Formación

• 10+ years in corporate development, investment banking, venture capital, PE or similar.
• Sourcing, leading and closing complex technology acquisitions or strategic investments.
• Strong analytical skills in valuation, financial modeling and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze strategic landscape and develop business cases for M&A opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end transactions: sourcing, valuation, negotiation, diligence and closing.
• Lead meetings, present to senior leaders and boards, and guide post-close integration.
• Build relationships with founders, investors, bankers, and executives to create a deal funnel.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Product and Engineering to shape deal theses.
