Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an experienced corporate attorney to support M&A, investments, governance, SEC reporting, and related corporate matters. The role reports to the Director and Associate General Counsel, Corporate and M&A, and is based in Menlo Park, CA and Washington, DC with in-person attendance required at least 3 days a week. You will draft SEC filings, support transactional matters, manage subsidiaries, and assist investor relations and treasury/tax activities.

A J.D. and U.S.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state, in good standing.
• 5+ years of broad corporate, securities and transactional experience.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Experience with public technology or financial services companies.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and related materials.
• Support M&A, investments, and strategic transactions.
• Prepare board/minutes and governance materials for meetings.
• Manage global subsidiaries and corporate records; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist investor relations and earnings processes; support Reg FD compliance.
• Handle treasury and tax-related matters and intercompany arrangements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to drive alignment.
