Job summary

Robinhood is hiring an experienced corporate attorney to support M&A, investments, governance, SEC reporting, and global subsidiary management. This role reports to the Director and Associate General Counsel, Corporate and M&A, with in-office attendance in Menlo Park and Washington, DC.

You will draft filings, support transactions, and work with a broad range of stakeholders to advance Robinhood's mission to democratize finance for all. In-person work is expected at least 3 days/week.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA accredited law school; licensed in at least one U.S. state.
• 5+ years of broad corporate, securities, and transactional experience at a major law firm or in-house.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting/reviewing SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, registrations).
• Support corporate transactional matters including M&A, investments, strategic transactions.
• Support board/shareholder governance materials, resolutions, and minutes.
• Help with global subsidiary/entity management and regulatory compliance.
• Support investor relations/Reg FD compliance; assist treasury/tax matters and intercompany arrangements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enable coordinated team approach.
