SHR Talent, in partnership with a large healthcare organization, is seeking an Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to join the Corporate Development team. You will focus on financial modeling and quantitative analysis across the full M&A lifecycle, gaining exposure to various deal types.

The role is ideal for professionals with a strong finance background from investment banking, valuation, or corporate development who want broad deal exposure within a major organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business is required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional experience in M&A, corporate development, valuation, or related.
• Strong financial modeling skills with ability to build and stress-test complex models.
• Experience with DCF, three-statement, and comparable valuation methods.

Responsibilities

• Build, analyze, and stress-test complex financial and valuation models for acquisitions and growth opportunities.
• Perform enterprise valuation and financial analysis using DCF, three-statement, and transaction models.
• Support transactions across the M&A lifecycle: evaluation, due diligence, execution, and integration planning.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives including acquisitions, de novos, JVs, partnerships, and divestitures.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide transaction materials.
