The Strategic Analyst- Mergers and Acquisitions is a key member of Schindler Elevator Corporation (SEC) M&A team participating in all acquisition activities (pre-close and post-merger). This role will evaluate potential company acquisitions, mergers, and strategic investments. The Analyst's primary role is to assess whether a transaction creates value and supports business growth objectives. The highly motivated individual in this role will have significant visibility to executive management and global leaders. The Analyst will play an integral role in due diligence as well as the smooth transition of newly acquired companies into SEC's M&A Integration team.
