Neiman Marcus in San Francisco seeks a Director of Operations to drive store profitability by ensuring the selling process runs smoothly and resources are available to maximize the customer shopping experience.

You will lead Store Management and associates, manage the P&L, control expenses, oversee staffing, payroll, and HR tasks, and partner with Corporate IT and HR to support a high-performing luxury retail environment with an outstanding employee discount.

Competenze

• 4-year degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Expense management and control.
• Proficiency with technology, including Google Workspace.

Mansioni

• Oversee all location support tasks and lead Store Management and associates to support the selling process.
• Manage P&L and store controllable expenses to maximize profitability.
• Lead staffing, payroll, scheduling, and HR processes across the store.
• Coordinate with Corporate IT to ensure devices and systems function as designed.
• Oversee HR-related activities including staffing, payroll, PTO, unemployment claims, and audits.
