Regent Santa Monica Beach, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, seeks a driven Group Sales Manager to secure and manage group programs from 10 to 35 peak rooms. You will cultivate new business, strengthen key client relationships, and maximize revenue across guestrooms, meetings, and events.

You’ll collaborate with on‑property teams, the IHG Global Sales Organization, and Revenue Management to ensure flawless execution and superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Group Sales experience in luxury hotels or high‑profile urban markets.
• Proven ability to manage RFPs and the full sales cycle from prospecting to contracts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed to support career development.

Responsabilités

• Identify and secure new group opportunities within assigned segments.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Develop sales strategies aligned with property goals and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize rate and inventory strategies.
• Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate contracts with planners, agencies, and corporate clients.
• Represent the hotel at tradeshows and client events and maintain CRM data.
