Citi in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Risk Policy Group Manager to lead the Loss Mitigation policy program for US Cards. You will direct a professional team, shape policy, and align actions with risk appetite, compliance and performance benchmarks.

Strong negotiation and cross-functional influence are essential for success. The role requires 10+ years in policy analytics and a proven ability to drive data-driven strategies across collections and front-end risk functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Policies/Analytics/Decision Management.
• Ability to interface with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of consumer risk management credit cycles and asset operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Policies related to the eligibility and life-cycle of Loss Mitigation Programs.
• Provide analytical rigor and thought leadership to deliver Loss Mitigation programs.
• Monitor and evaluate program enrollments and effectiveness against benchmarks.
• Develop analytical framework to measure enrollments and performance.
• Drive data strategy including collection, transformation, retention, governance.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and oversee risk controls.
• Manage team, budget, hiring, performance reviews and planning.
