Job summary

Citi in Schaumburg, IL seeks a Senior Vice President to lead the Balance Sheet Management & Strategic Analytics team for US Consumer Cards. You will guide pricing risk analytics, design tests, and drive capital strategies with executive visibility and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline required; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive experience in financial services, credit risk, and capital management.
• Proven ability to lead quantitative teams and deliver analytics at executive level.
• Experience with forecasting models for balance sheet and P&L components.
• Knowledge of CCAR, CECL, Basel III Endgame, Recovery & Resolution Planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing quantitative analytics team.
• Own performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Lead pricing analytics for APR actions, fee strategies, and portfolio pricing optimization.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate risk-adjusted returns and long-term portfolio performance.
• Lead balance sheet, P&L, and capital analytics in partnership with Finance and Risk.
• Present insights to senior leadership and governance forums.
