Job summary

Citi in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Risk Policy Group Manager within USCC Collections Risk Policy Team. You will manage Loss Mitigation policy and lead a team, coordinating across collections, recovery, and front-end risk functions to deliver policy-enabled programs.

The role requires deep business impact understanding, strong negotiating skills, and ability to plan mid-term actions and budget, staffing and performance; you will shape strategies, roadmaps, and ensure compliance with applicable

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Policies/Analytics/Decision Management.
• Ability to make decisions in high risk scenarios using data, experience and judgment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage policies related to eligibility and lifecycle of Loss Mitigation programs.
• Provide analytical rigor to deliver forward-looking Loss Mitigation programs for delinquent and current customers.
• Monitor enrollments and effectiveness against benchmarks including Risk Appetite framework.
• Develop analysis framework to measure enrollments and performance.
• Shape vision, roadmap, and drive execution with cross-functional support.
• Benchmark Citi competitiveness against peers and industry best practices.
• Develop corrective action plans and ensure timely closure.
• Drive data strategy to support a data-driven policy approach.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and provide operational oversight.
• Support cross-functional initiatives.
