Job summary

ASML US, LLC in the United States seeks an Operations Planner to manage US logistics escalations, inventory KPIs and customer-focused service. You will coordinate with local service teams, process SAP orders and drive replenishment plans.

The role emphasizes data analysis, cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement to optimize spare parts planning, lead times and supply coverage across key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of working experience in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of field experience in a complex logistics environment.
• Experience building relationships with customers to support their needs.
• Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and related industry.
• Experience defining and implementing new processes across the supply chain with measurable improvements.
• Know-how about Materials Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Advanced competencies in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ASML logistics procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalations and process control, including emergency parts orders and SAP entries.
• Plan and support field operations, drive replenishment and analyze stocking plans.
• Monitor performance, provide reporting to stakeholders, and align demand and supply plans.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain performance.
