Job summary

ASML US, LLC in Wilton, CT seeks a Shift Planner to ensure weekly production plans are executed with optimal material readiness. You will work with material planning, warehouse, and logistics to coordinate flow and accuracy, reporting progress and risks to the planning team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field and APICS certifications; SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain management, or communications or equivalent years of experience.
  • APICS certifications in manufacturing planning, supply chain, project management, engineering, or master data configuration.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor, and adjust daily production activities for assigned areas to realize the production plan with optimized WIP and stock levels.
  • Secure material availability for planned production activities within a 4-week horizon and mitigate shortages; drive structural improvements to prevent future issues.
  • Coordinate logistics to ensure on-time material flow from warehouse to work center and maintain throughput.
  • Report production progress, identify risks, and propose mitigations to optimize the plan.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects and align capacity and equipment plans with business needs.
  • Input information into the ERP system and create analysis reports in Excel for stakeholders.
