ASML US, LLC is seeking a Service Event Planner in San Diego to coordinate service events, manage parts availability, and align planning with customer needs across North America. You will oversee demand- and service-planning activities, ensure accurate schedules, and drive reliable equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, operations, logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years (Grade 7) or 5+ years (Grade 8) of service planning/forecasting experience.
• Experience coordinating material requirements across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ERP or supply chain systems such as Oracle Demantra.
• Experience analyzing planning data and communicating risks.

Responsabilités

• Create, maintain, and close service events using demand-planning and service-planning systems.
• Coordinate with field service teams on work scope and delivery dates.
• Review schedules and material availability to keep planning dates realistic.
• Identify shortages and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
• Coordinate material requirements for new products and implementation activities.
• Evaluate inventory to reduce waste and support upcoming events.
• Review completed events for lessons on material usage and planning accuracy.
• Support spares demand planning for the IBO organization.
