Qualifications

• MSc/BSc in Supply Chain / Logistics, Mechanical Eng., Industrial Eng., or Business Admin.
• Typically has minimum 10 years direct work experience; at least 3 years in complex supply chain processes in manufacturing.
• Experience in a business-to-business (high-tech, low-volume) environment.
• Extensive knowledge of project management.
• Well versed in New Product Introduction processes.
• Proven track record building and maintaining supplier relations.
• Experience presenting to senior management with PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle as MRP software is a plus.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings for decision-making.
• Familiarity with BI, data visualization, and AI-enabled tools in supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic suppliers toward competitive supply chain performance.
• Drive cycle time reduction projects at suppliers.
• Plan and control capacity, buffers, and flexibility at strategic suppliers.
• Optimize output of the n-tier supply chain to meet ASML demand.
• Monitor supply chain risks and develop action plans.
• Lead audits at strategic or critical suppliers.
• Perform advanced data analysis and scenario modeling.
• Use dashboards and AI tools to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Escalate bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Ensure data quality and responsible AI use.
