ASML US, LLC in San Diego seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to act as the logistics interface to the supplier base, ensuring material availability for ASML factories. You will lead strategic supplier relationships, drive cycle time reductions, and manage multi-tier supply chains through transparency, capacity planning, and risk mitigation.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, with experience in project management, NPI, SAP or Oracle, and the ability to convert complex data

Competenze

• MSc/BSc in Supply Chain / Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Typically 10+ years of direct work experience; at least 3 years in complex supply chain processes in manufacturing.
• Experience in a business-to-business high-tech, low-volume environment.
• Extensive knowledge of and experience in project management.
• Well-versed in New Product Introduction processes.
• Proven track record building strategic supplier relations.
• Experience in presenting to senior management with PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Working knowledge of business intelligence, data-visualization, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

• Manage strategic suppliers toward competitive supply chain performance.
• Coordinate logistics aspects in the Supplier Account Team with Account Lead and Quality Supplier Manager.
• Drive cycle time reduction projects at suppliers.
• Plan, align and control required capacity, buffers and flexibility at strategic suppliers.
• Optimize output of the n-tier supply chain to meet demand and changes.
• Monitor supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Implement ASML supply chain planning roadmap at suppliers.
• Escalation management to solve bottlenecks.
• Conduct logistics audits at new, strategic or critical suppliers.
• Identify internal logistics process improvements.
• Perform advanced data analysis and scenario modeling for decision-making.
• Use dashboards and AI-enabled tools to improve visibility and efficiency.
