Job summary

ASML US in Malta, NY is seeking an Operations Planner to manage escalations, inventory and service levels in US logistics. You will partner with the CS Service organization to optimize stocking and replenishment while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years in logistics, with advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills and experience in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3-5 years in a complex logistics/CRM environment.
• Experience building relationships with customers.
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts and MRP.
• Experience implementing new processes across the supply chain.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement projects.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with ASML logistics procedures (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Respond to and process incoming emergency parts orders.
• Enter and execute administrative controls in SAP.
• Communicate with internal customers to understand and fulfill needs.
• Follow up and monitor daily escalations through technical support.
• Drive replenishment and allocation of parts.
• Analyze usage and develop stocking plans.
• Improve coordination between local and central logistics for NPI.
• Participate in strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain performance.
