Job summary

Wealthy Recruiting is seeking a Logistics Sales Executive in Miami to drive full-cycle client acquisition for a premier 3PL provider. You will identify enterprise and mid-market accounts, present customized freight solutions, negotiate contracts and spot pricing, and close commercial business.

Qualifications

1+ year of professional sales experience (B2B/outbound/inside-outside).
Proven track record meeting/outbound targets.
Ability to speak credibly with C-suite and directors.
Self-motivated, proactive and energetic.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Drive full-cycle business development from prospecting to closing.
Consult with shippers to analyze lanes and solve bottlenecks.
Prepare and negotiate freight quotes, bids, and RFPs.
Coordinate with operations and carrier teams for onboarding and service delivery.
Grow closed accounts through cross-selling and new lanes.
Monitor market trends and forecast revenue in CRM.
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs.
