ezHIRE seeks a driven Business Development Manager for a field-based role in the Miami area to accelerate growth for a well-established 3PL operator. You will develop new business across South Florida and beyond, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and coordinating with operations to deliver tailored logistics solutions.

The ideal candidate will have logistics/3PL experience, a hunter mentality, strong B2B sales skills, and comfort with face-to-face client engagement.

Qualifications

• Logistics or 3PL experience in warehousing, freight, transloading, intermodal, or supply chain services.
• Hunter mentality with ability to build new business and open doors.
• B2B sales expertise with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Field-oriented and comfortable with face-to-face meetings.
• Willing to learn, adapt to changing priorities, and accept feedback.
• Bilingual in English and another language preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new business across warehousing, drayage, intermodal, and related logistics services.
• Proactively prospect shippers across South Florida and key logistics corridors.
• Manage a South Florida territory with travel ~10% for meetings/events.
• Collaborate with ops and pricing teams to craft proposals.
• Represent the company at industry events and expand professional network.
