Recruit CRM seeks a Business Development Manager in the Miami area to drive growth for warehousing, 3PL, and logistics services. You will build a regional sales pipeline, close deals, and form strategic partnerships with shippers across South Florida.

The role emphasizes field coverage, relationship farming, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and pricing to craft competitive solutions. A hunter mindset and bilingual capability are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or supply chain sales.
• Proven track record of generating new business.
• Fluent in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles and complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new business across warehousing, distribution, drayage, rail-to-truck transloading, intermodal, project freight, and bulk cargo.
• Prospect and engage shippers in the South Florida market, including ports, terminals, and key logistics corridors.
• Manage a South Florida territory with regular local outreach and ~10% travel for meetings and events.
• Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to develop accurate, competitive proposals.
• Represent the company at industry events and expand your professional logistics network.
