Job summary

You will analyze route data, optimize daily plans, monitor driver performance, and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. The role emphasizes safety, customer experience, and collaboration with the Operations Manager to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Experience in a customer-facing position.
• Two years of experience in a Dispatcher or similar leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily routing data and adjust plans to improve efficiency.
• Ensure routes are closed on time and accurately logged.
• Communicate with drivers to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Assess swing routes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support safety and asset protection for drivers and equipment.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on disposal plans.
