Job summary

Candidate should have analytical skills, strong communication, and experience in a dispatcher or leadership role.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior experience working in a Dispatcher or similar leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Analyze daily route information to improve routing efficiency and accuracy.
• Respond to same-day changes and plan for service needs to optimize route design.
• Close routes on time by verifying data and ensuring durability of the close route process.
• Proactively manage driver safety and security of assets; provide direction to drivers.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze logistics data to improve routing accuracy.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers to monitor progress and supply information.
• Evaluate driver performance issues and resolve concerns to improve service.
