• Respond to missed pickups and service commitments by scheduling customers accordingly.
• Monitor routing activities and resolve issues to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain communication with drivers to provide necessary information and resolve performance concerns.
• Support safety and asset protection of company resources and ensure compliance with policies.
