Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee drivers, trucks, and containers to maximize productivity and service quality.
• Analyze daily routing information and implement changes to routing for efficiency and accuracy.
• Respond to missed pickups and service commitments with proactive scheduling and communication.
• Monitor routing activities and resolve issues to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Evaluate driver performance and provide guidance to ensure safety and asset protection.
