GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition partner to collaborate with hiring managers across the business and lead recruitment strategies that align with our goals.

You will work to fill exempt and non-exempt roles with top talent, ensuring a smooth, high-quality recruiting process. We value a candidate with 2+ years in recruiting, an MBA or related degree, and strong experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Approximately 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• MBA or advanced degree in related field.
• Approximately 4 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including employment, high-volume recruiting, EEO and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to develop recruitment strategy.
• Conduct regular business partner meetings to educate on recruiting best practices and market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools.
• Support junior recruiters providing feedback, sharing best practices and helping them grow professionally.
• Develop innovative and creative ways to attract the most qualified and diverse candidates.
• Coordinate and attend recruiting events.
