Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a skilled recruiter to partner with senior management to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.

You’ll work with the HR team to ensure staffing for exempt and non-exempt roles with qualified candidates, while guiding junior recruiters and sharing best practices. The role focuses on building diverse talent pipelines, coordinating recruitment events, and leveraging ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to achieve hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• ~2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• MBA or advanced degree in related field.
• ~4 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, specifically in employment, high-volume recruiting, EEO and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to develop recruitment strategy.
• Conduct regular business partner meetings to educate on recruiting best practices and market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools.
• Support junior recruiters providing feedback, sharing best practices and helping them grow professionally.
• Develop innovative and creative ways to attract the most qualified and diverse candidates.
• Coordinate and attend recruiting events.
