Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to attract top talent and partner with hiring managers to implement effective hiring strategies.

You will own the candidate journey, mentor junior recruiters, and deliver a best-in-class experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

This role requires 2+ years in recruiting, ATS proficiency (LinkedIn Recruiter), and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. MBA or advanced HR degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work creatively with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure exempt and non-exempt positions are filled with highly talented candidates in a seamless manner.
• Partner with senior management to develop recruitment strategy.
• Conduct regular business partner meetings to educate on recruiting best practices and market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools.
• Support junior recruiters providing feedback, sharing best practices and helping them grow professionally.
• Develop innovative and creative ways to attract the most qualified and diverse candidates.
• Coordinate and attend recruiting events.
