You will partner with hiring managers to develop and execute hiring strategies that align with business goals and lead recruitment initiatives across the organization. You will also guide junior recruiters, share best practices, and coordinate recruiting events while leveraging ATS tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to source diverse, highly qualified

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Fill exempt and non-exempt positions with highly talented candidates.
• Partner with senior management to develop recruitment strategy.
• Educate on recruiting practices and market data in regular partner meetings.
• Support junior recruiters with feedback and best practices.
