Job summary

Tague-Lumber-of-Phoenixvill is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to issue and track work orders, ensuring materials align with the production schedule. You will expeditate orders, coordinate with the sales team across locations, and stage shipments for accuracy before dispatch.

You will work with the Mill Division and dispatchers, manage inbound/outbound deliveries, and keep inventory records up to date in ERP/WMS systems while communicating timelines to clients.

Qualifications

• Must communicate professionally with peers, supervisors, and customers.
• Ability to assess processes and offer practical solutions.
• Maintain peer relationships and support the team.
• High school diploma required; background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and basic measurement reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Issue and track work orders and ensure units align with production schedule.
• Expedite and prioritise orders and coordinate production planning.
• Collaborate with sales team and other locations to schedule pickups/deliveries.
• Stage, check, and verify orders for accuracy before shipping.
• Arrange material transfers to fulfill customer orders.
• Receive POs and manage stock for production.
• Update shipment statuses and delivery timelines with internal teams.
