Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to issue and track work orders, ensuring units are supplied according to the production schedule and to expedite deliveries.

You will collaborate with the sales team across locations, arrange pickups, verify shipping documents, and update ERP/WMS systems while maintaining inventory accuracy and timely communication with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Issue and track work orders to align with production schedule.
• Expedite and prioritize work orders; manage production schedule.
• Coordinate with sales team across locations.
• Schedule pick-ups and deliveries with dispatchers.
• Stage, verify, and pack orders before shipping.
• Transfer materials between locations to fulfill orders.
• Manage stock receipts and special-order materials.
• Process purchase orders and receive goods.
• Collaborate with Mill Division Manager.
• Plan routes and monitor inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Prepare shipping papers and customs forms.
• Resolve delays, damages, or routing issues.
• Update ERP/WMS inventory records and logs.
• Communicate shipment status to teams and clients.
