Job summary

Responsibilities

• Issue and track work orders aligned to production schedule.
• Expedite and prioritise work orders and coordinate schedule.
• Collaborate with sales team and other locations.
• Schedule pick-ups and deliveries with dispatchers.
• Stage and verify orders for accuracy and quality before shipping.
• Arrange transfer of materials to fulfill orders.
• Order and receive stock and special-order materials.
• Receive POs and liaise with Mill Division Manager.
• Schedule, route, and monitor inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Prepare shipping papers, bills of lading, and customs forms.
• Resolve delivery delays, damaged goods, routing errors, or holdups.
• Update inventory records in ERP/WMS and notify teams of shipment status.
