Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day transportation needs of multiple customers in various regions.
Consolidate shipments into multi-stop loads to reduce freight costs.
Create optimized transportation schedules for LTL & TL shipments utilizing TMS.
Track & trace shipments daily and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
Communicate updates and load issues to customers.
Obtain and negotiate rate quotes with customers.
Manage carrier linehaul and accessorial costs.
Track carrier performance, including on-time service and claims.
Continually look at processes and opportunities for improvements.
Develop and maintain strong customer relations.
