Job summary

Lhoist North America is seeking a Dispatcher to manage daily dispatching and planning for our private fleet and third-party carriers. You will ensure timely load planning, coordinate drivers and equipment, and maintain strong customer communication.

Qualifications include 3–5 years in dispatching and customer service, with knowledge of DOT regulations and SAP experience preferred. The role requires a Monday–Friday schedule, on-site at our Clifton, Texas location.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dispatching and customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements.
• Experience with SAP, e-logs or GPS tracking preferred.
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance and on-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch daily for private fleet and third-party carriers.
• Coordinate driver availability, hours of service, and equipment.
• Enter orders and manage intrapany orders; support source and distribution planning.
• Interact with customers and carriers to resolve issues and confirm next-day deliveries.
